Room available in friendly Buckingham Road house

Hello!!

We've got a large unfurnished room in our six bedroom house share close to the station and the Seven Dials lease starting on 11th August but room available from the weekend of the 24th July if you want to move earlier.

We're doing viewings evening of 21st July.

It's a big house with loads of space: large kitchen with 3 fridges and everything else you need already there; living room with two big comfy sofas and small dining table; great patio garden with for hanging out/bbqs; bathroom with toilet, bath and shower; separate second toilet; utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and loads of space for drying clothes inside and washing line outside. Currently only two of us work 9-5 so the one shower hasn't been an issue!

Some flatmate Stats: 26-31 years old; all working; 2 women 3 guys; gay/straight/whatever; English Scottish French Canadian.

Some of our interests include: eating, drinking, pubs, gigs, playing music, cats, films, hanging out and so on. It's a really relaxed household, we've got 2 newish flatmates so it's not like you'd be moving in to a really set in our ways group just the normal things of tidying up after yourself and chipping in with the cleaning. We're looking for a friendly and open person who's up for socialising but also all the rooms are big so we do hang out in them too :)

Boring admin bit:
£175 referencing fee (need either proof of income, guarantor or 6 months rent up front for this)
Bills max £80 per month including internet
£345 deposit to be paid to outgoing tenant
