Must See Double Room in Brighton : Short term let

We have a double attic room available for a short term let from August 13th in our big, friendly house in Brighton.

It has underfloor heating, loads of storage, a walk in wardrobe, mini balcony with awesome views over the city and a working log burner.

The house is pretty big with a massive modern kitchen which opens out to a decked garden, large lounge and three toilets including bath, rain shower and bidet.

It's in a quiet area with loads of local shops, pubs and restaurants, only a 10 minute walk to the train station and not much further to the city centre. Parking is available with no waiting list.

You'd be sharing with two friendly humans and three very loving cats so animal lovers welcome.

Rent and bills come to £650 all inclusive including WiFi throughout the house.
