Other little extras include a roof terrace for you sun lovers, a bike store and a balcony along with really good security. Permit parking and easy access to Brighton station. Oh and did I mention the bar in the hallway.
About me and who it would suit. I'm professional who works in London and Haywards Heath. I'm social and out quite abit but enjoy the home comforts of the flat when I'm there. I'm pretty laid back and would hope you would be too. To be fair I don’t have a wish list as I'm pretty open, and will suit anyone who is like minded who wants a nice central base with a friendly face.
Bills are included in the rent - except phone. It even has a cleaner. It’s definitely worth a look. Its home from home.
