Double room in central Brighton

Hi,
the person who was meant to move in with us had to bail out last minute so we're now back on the housemate looking market.
We're three living in the house:
- Joe is 26, he works in a pub and recently started a sunglasses brand. He skates, drinks wine on his own watching weird movies on Netflix, and listens to hectic music.
- Steve is 33, he works in a hotel when he's not tour managing some cool bands. He's got something with takeaway food, prog music, and doesn't drink alcohol.
- Manon (me), I'm a 22yo female, I work full time in a boring office. I'm french, I play music in a grunge band, and I like listening to music with odd time signatures.

We're looking for someone in between 20 and 35, professional, who'd be willing to look after the house too and be social. We get along pretty pretty well and would like someone like-minded. The house has really good vibes, we don't want drama and that's also why we decided to look for someone we don't know.

The house is pretty big, there's a second bathroom on the last floor. We've got a terrace and a garden we share with our friendly neighbours who happen to be our mates. The house is located a minute away from Churchill Square, and about 10 to 15 minutes walk from the station (depending on how much of a rush you're in).

We don't have a microwave, which we're quite used to. But we have a washing machine and all that's needed. There's no pic at the moment cause we're waiting for Steve to send us some as it's still his room at the moment.

There also a conservatory in between the kitchen and the terrace, where we smoke during winter when it's too cold to go outside.

All bills included (£350 + £110), even council tax.
