The room is a 30 second walk from the dome and Jubilee library, so super central :) It's a big double room, really nice, comfortable and with lots of light and space. It is on the first floor, above it is another room rented out to a lovely girl, and below on the ground floor is a shop (chinese massage). The kitchen is shared with two people from the shop who dont use the kitchen much, and the one girl from above. The bathroom is shared only with the one person from the room above. The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobes, chair and tables. Lots of storage space.

There is NO living room or common space.

The room is available ONLY TO FEMALES.

Details of the room:

- 470 pounds per month for one person (the internet, 100 MB internet speed, is included in this price)

- Bills come up to around 90 per month. This includes:
- Water
- Electricity
- Gas
- Council Tax

Total price for the room: £ 560

- The terms will be 6 months. Or if you want to leave before the 6 months you will just have to find someone to take over the room.

- There is a 600 pounds deposit which will be returned to you when you decide to move out.
