The flat is in a quiet residence and very modern. 15min walking to Brighton Station and less than 2min to Churchill square. The house has a living room/kitchen (full equipped- washing machine, oven, fridge and freezer) and a toilet.
The rent is 500£ per month (bills not included but approx £50-70).
My current housemate have to leave as she find an opportunity to live her dream.
I am preferably looking for a girl around 26 and if possible french or spanich, professional or post graduate student.
I am myself french-spanish in my last year of PhD in sciences.
