Clean furnished double room available with a shared bathroom to rent in a family home. We have two children and a small dog.
We are located in Hollingdean Brighton which is close to fiveways and approx a 20 mins walk to the level. Bus route 50, 50u which goes to both universities is a couple of minutes walk away.
We are looking for an easy going working professional or mature student who doesn't mind the normal dynamics of family life to share our home.
Use of the kitchen and utilities, bathroom and wifi however we keep the lounge for family use
Please note the rent is £500 pcm for single occupancy the rent will be higher for couples.
One months deposit and one months rent in advance is required and signing of contract also required.
