The kitchen is separated by the living room and it is furnished as well: microwave, oven, fridge, pans, cutlery and washer machine.

Your room has a double bed and a wardrobe. Flat has also a garden in the back, dining during summer period is a must.

As the furniture were purchased 5 months ago and they are new, a one-off fee of 250£ to compensate the laving tenant, is required.

You will share the flat with a friendly 34 year old professional, easy going, tidy, clean and good cooker.

You will sign the tenancy agreement trough the agency (one off fee of 210£).
