I have a double room with a shared bathroom available in a house in East Dean, a small, quiet village in the heart of the South Downs, 1 mile from the Seven Sisters cliffs (Google Seven Sisters to see pics and info) with a lovely garden and superb walking, biking, kayaking all round.
The house is ideal if you like peace and quiet and beautiful countryside, but need to get to town easily.
There is a good bus service to Eastbourne and Brighton.
A car would be an advantage, especially in the winter. but not essential due to the surprisingly good bus line from Eastbourne to Brighton.
Also, there is a friendly young dog who adores everyone!
