I have a fully furnished flat in a modern block of flats situated in Eastbourne's town centre. The room comes equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe. The flat is within a 2 minute walk from the beach and a 2 minute walk from the Arndale shopping centre. It is a superb location close to all the shops and close to the train station.
The flat is fully equipped. Consisting of my own bedroom, the spare room, a modern bathroom, a modern kitchen and a living room with a full sky package and a flat screen TV etc.

I'm a laid back landlord. All I ask from a lodger is for you to pay the rent on time and keep the place in a tidy condition. In return you'll have a quiet home in a great location and the place to yourself a lot of the time.

All bills are included in advertised price apart from food.
