hello,
Please look at mine & steven's beautiful harbour flat room for rent. We have a nice large flat on the north harbour of sunny eastbourne's coast line, Our flat over looks the sea and often we have seals & other wild life just of off the balcony (we are a few floors up so your safe lol).
We have rented on this web site before & got a wonderful australian girl Alex live with us for 2 years, before she went traveling & eventually home to university, after Alex went home we advertised again & got Holly a teacher from haywards heath now working in eastbourne, Holly after a year & 7 months Holly has now happily bought her own house in eastbourne & again we advertised & got Sophie a Dentist & now after a year & a half Sophie has now moved in with her partner & we are listing our advert again.
me & steven both have full time jobs i work as a photographer & steven works in the insurance broker world in the city, there is private off road secure parking for all cars within the house with 24hr barriers & security guards, visitor will need a pass as clampers are hot on cars that do not live here.
we have a few hobby's steve likes holidays lol, & mountain bike riding not many mountains in eastbourne, i like playing piano, & we both play american football. a few months ago i did take steven sky diving & uploaded the results to youtube lol
The room we have to rent has a double bed, 2 bed side, 1 chest of draws, tables 1 wardrobe & mirrors & lamps all for the moneys requested you get unlimited fiberoptic internet wifi, shared sky tv, shared bathroom with shower & bath, but you only share with one flat mate as the other has the second bathroom, the bed room also has a sea facing window you can see france on a clear day.
Or we can empty it for you if you have your own things, not a problem.
we do hold a small interview process to assist you & us in selecting the correct flat & flatmate.
