I have one rooms available in my 3 bedroom house in Old Town village. Within easy reach of Eastbourne town centre and the station; is a 2 minute walk from a bus route and Waitrose. The house is tastefully decorated with open plan kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, and dining room, cosy shared lounge, modern bathroom and sunny garden. Wifi is available. TV has Youview. The double is 12’2 x 8’9 and has a wardrobe, bed side table with lamp and a bunk bed with double at the bottom and tv aerial.
I am looking for clean and tidy housemate, who is happy to share household chores. If you are easy going and trustworthy and want to live in a relaxed and quiet atmosphere, please get in touch.
No DSS and no smokers and no pets.
Rent includes gas, electricity, tv and water and broadband and council tax.
