E/bourne housemate wanted Double Room Semi Det

Double unfurnished room available in houseshare with 31yr old working person.
The house is a modest size 3 bedroom semi detached house consisting of 2 double rooms and a box room (just used a spare - not occupied).

The room available is not huge but happily fits a double bed and side tables. It has full wall to wall built in wardrobes. and also has a TV point and faces the rear garden. Neutral carpet and walls. The new occupant is free to put up shelves and pictures (within reason) .

The neutral bathroom includes a large shower, WC and sink basin.

The living room/dining room is fully furnished with no room for extra furniture however there is loft and some garage space for a bit of storage if you have any.

The kitchen includes a built in fan oven, gas hobs, built in microwave, dishwasher and fridge.

Downstairs has another WC and small utility area with washing machine and another fridge.

The cost does include rent, all household bills, Sky+ TV downstairs in the living room, broadband and line rental.

There is a small back garden which is a good size for BBQs in the summer but needs a little upkeep from time to time.

I'm looking for a fun, professional to share with for a minimum of 6 months as my lovely flatmate is moving out.
