Short Term Room To Let!!

Room ready between 30/July and 10/September for short term! Rent for duration up front please.

Hi! We have a room for either 1 or 2 people to stay over the next month and a half.
Perfect for a stay of a week or two, or even to stay for 1 month while visiting or waiting for fixed abode. Stay for as long or as short as you like - We will need to discuss this before you stay as we have plans for the space after 10th Sept.

Twin beds, double wardrobe, Tv/Dvd in room, wifi, shared bathroom with current occupants (shower over bath), shared living room. Bills included, food not included.

£80 per week, if a couple then it becomes £75each, per week.

We are a young couple who live and work in Eastbourne, we are friendly and always up for a chat. We live in the heart of Eastbourne, just a stone's throw from the town centre/train station/bus routes to Hastings or Brighton.

Our nights of partying are long gone, so if you are a big drinker/party person please be respectful. We have a dog who is super friendly and two cats who behave, well, like cats and keep themselves to themselves.

There is a small terrace outside, not much to write home about. Flat & room decorated to high standard.

We are looking for a respectful, relatively clean, friendly person or people to share briefly with us and perhaps we can all be life long friends?
