Short Term Room To Let!!
Hi There
We are looking for someone to rent our spare bedroom on a short term basis.
Room available immediately until 23rd September. That's SIX full weeks. :)
Room fully furnished with twin beds, double wardrobe, tv, dvd player. Wifi.
Shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. Bills included.
£80 per week for one occupant, £75 each per week for couples.
We are based a stone's throw from the town centre and train station and easy to catch a bus to Brighton or Hastings.
We are a young friendly couple who are always up for a chat, looking for a relatively clean person to co-habit for a little while. Our nights of partying and staying out late are long gone, so would expect our new house-mate to be respect full if coming home late.
We have 1 super friendly dog and 2 super shy cats, all friendly and bonkers.
Hopefully I have covered the basic questions, anything else just shout.
