Small double bedroom in a large Victorian flat

I have to offer a small but comfortable double bedroom in a large two bedroom Victorian flat within a minutes walk of Eastbourne sea front and five minutes to the town centre and train station, on Compton Street.

The room comes furnished with a very comfortable double bed, bed side table, wardrobe and a chest or drawers.

You will be sharing a the flat with live in land lady. This includes a huge lounge with bay windows, two large sofas, dining table and TV with sky. A bathroom with shower and bath and a kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker and washing machine.

I work full time in Hastings, Monday to Friday and spend most evenings cooking and listening to music in the kitchen. I enjoy seeing friends and family at the weekends and spending time at the beach when the sun is out and a few drinks in the evening. I am looking for someone similar who will be a professional and friendly lodger, clean and tidy, good company but also has their own interests. Ideally female but male will be considered.

The flat is on the second floor of an old Victorian converted building with lots of character. The rent includes bills; water, electricity, gas, council tax and unlimited broadband.

The deposit and a months rent will need to be paid upfront and the room is available immediately.
