Large Room In Friendly Family House
we are offering a very large double room at the top of our house, full use of the well equipped kitchen, garden with decking area and living room. Our second bathroom with a shower would be almost exclusively be for your use except 1st thing in the morning on schooldays. we have 2 kids, Seb 9, and Lily 8, and our large but very affectionate dog, Rufus. bills are included, but sky tv is ready to use in the room for an extra £20 including movies and sport, you would need to find a sky box though. I work as a chef and my wife is a full time mum, we do like to socialize and have many a big sunday lunch, if you bring a bottle you're always more than welcome to join us!!
We are looking for a professional person but would consider a 3rd year student who wants to get their head down! Non-smoker preferable but outside is not a problem.
