Room available soon

We are a couple who enjoy going to gigs, playing Xbox and relaxing who are looking to rent out a bedroom in our flat.
The room can be fully furnished if needed or if you have furniture you are welcome to bring your own.
There are joint communal areas which should be treated with respect and any damages to shared appliances will be taken from the deposit.

Any smokers shall know that smoking is only accepted outside of the flat never within, you will have one warning being caught smoking inside the property. Drugs will also be instant removal and a police officer will be called.

Pets are welcome, although we can't have big dogs we do have a kitten, tanked animals such as reptiles are welcome but will incur charges depending on electricity.

The room will be soon as soon as we have some one to fill it. We will need a few weeks to set the room up so as soon as we have your deposit we can get the ball rolling.

We will accept couples and single occupants, we are also open to single parents with a child for SHORT time letting this should be discussed with us in detail before hand, couples rent will increase to £450.
