I have 6 double bedrooms to rent in a very large house in Lower Meads, 5 minutes walk from Eastbourne train station. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom, if not, use of a seperate private bathroom. Some rooms are a lot larger than others, more studio flat sized. There is a seperate annexe with a private kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, along with a seperate entrance for £550 a month. The largest room is £500 which is studio flat sized. The rest of the rooms are between £400/£450. There are 5 bathrooms in this house, along with a shared living room, large kitchen and garden. Rooms may be furnished or unfurnished. Deposit is £500 plus one months rent upfront. Working professionals only. Previous references needed.
