The bedroom is light and airy, overlooking the courtyard garden and Gildredge Park. It has a fireplace, fitted cupboards, wardrobe, chest of drawers and large mirror.

The kitchen is large which includes dining table and chairs. The lounge is very spacious with plenty of light and high ceilings.

There is a south facing courtyard garden with garden furniture, ideal for drinks / BBQ when the sun comes out! Free parking outside for your car, and there is very good bus access around the corner.

The house is located on a quiet well maintained street – 15 seconds from Waitrose and bus stops, the train station is a 10 minute walk.

You should be a non-smoking professional – short term and Monday to Friday lets also welcome.

I’m a lady owner, late 30’s with my 4 year old son (who sleeps through the night and is in bed by 7.30pm). We are both happy, easy going, sociable people, however it's a quiet house, so if you're looking for a party place this isn't the right home for you.

I'm looking for a like-minded professional who has their own life yet is happy to share a meal or a glass of wine. We are pescatarians who are mostly dairy free, however, vegans, vegetarians, pescartarians and meat eaters are all welcome.

My lovely lodger has just been offered and accepted a transfer at work, so will be commuting long distances for the next month. Accommodation is already arranged so it's possible to be flexible on dates for the right person.
