It is located just 10 mins walk from Eastbourne train station & the town centre. It is very convenient for shops & commuters. The flat is also walking distance from Waitrose & close to the DGH & Sussex Downs college.
The rental will be initially for 3 months but I am happy to extend this for good tenants.
The room is available for rent at £500pcm which includes all bills except the optional Sky box mentioned above.
