Two Double Rooms Within Sociable And Relaxed House

Hello!

I have the choice of two quiet rooms available for rent within a very friendly and sociable home.

I absolutely love cooking, eating, yoga, many forms of exercise and generally having lots of fun.

I have two large, comfortable double rooms with wooden floorboards, double glazing and radiator central heating. One of the rooms has two single beds, a wardrobe and large patio doors overlooking the garden.

As an animal lover I live with two cats and one incredibly chilled, very quiet dog.

I can provide a very comfortable double bed and a desk but you would need to provide other furniture. My old lodger had a hanging rail which worked really well.

I am looking for someone who is professional, self sufficient, respectful and quiet, yet sociable, fun and is easy to live with.

I am situated very close to local amenities and it is a fifteen minute walk to the town and local train station. The area in which I live is safe and the neighbours are very friendly . There is also off road parking of which you would be very welcome to use.
