Small double/single bedroom, close to station

We have a room to rent in our shared terraced house five minutes walk from Eastbourne station & town centre, sharing with two girls & two friendly dogs. Double bed & wardrobe included. Shared bathroom, kitchen & lounge facilities. We host the odd BBQ, but are fairly laidback & quiet overall, both working fulltime. We are looking for a pleasant housemate who is willing to contribute fairly to the household. Individual must be in full time employment, around our age & willing to stay for the whole six month contract. We divide bills amongst ourselves (they are not included in the rent).
