We have a newly decorated Single room in Eastbourne within walking distance from the town centre and close to beach, the room is furnished but can let unfurnished.
Our house is modern and Had recently been refurbished, it's almost complete with a brand new bathroom.
We are a professional couple aged 27 & 28 who work shifts days and nights. We have a small dog.
The only exclusion is use of the lounge, but use of dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar, bedroom and bathroom and garden is included:
We have wifi and are happy to get multi-room if you require sky in your bedroom if required.
