10mins from town centre and station (walking), 200m from beach.
it's an easy going house, just wash your dishes and don't wake me if you come in late/early and i'll do the same.
there is free parking on the street but no guaranteed space.
it's a really nice and spacious place, so i really recommend you come and have a look around. No outdoor space or balcony
