I am a friendly easy going & experienced landlord & i have a room aprox. 9 X 12 foot available for viewings now . The room has a double bed ( new ) wardrobe ,desk & chair, has recently been decorated & has new carpet & also includes SKY PLUS TV which includes movies & sports & up to 40 hours of recording time. Internet via BT infinity . The house is situated in a very quite area of Hampden Park with a good bus service to Town center etc . The hospital is a 30 minute walk & Hampden park train station is 15 minutes walk . local shops are a 10 minute walk.
The house has central heating throughout , a double driveway , a 100 foot long garden , a large kitchen with a gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine etc . SKY TV is also available in Lounge in HD & SKY TV is also in kitchen . I usually work 7-4 with my days off playing golf weather permitting .A deposit of £100. is required & rent is paid in arrears one week after - bills are included ( no extra to pay ) .Pets are welcome , please email or text for any queries ,i rarely answer phones unless i expect a call.
