Cosy room available in Bayham rd, Hailsham,

Hi,
I'm looking for a working person to rent my 3rd room in a friendly family home. Wifi and bills all included, only have to buy your own food.
The deposit is £50 and would require the first weeks rent in advance. It's £90 per week. The room is a decent size and u can fit a double bed in there.

We are looking for a non smoker and someone who is clean and tidy.

There is parking available in lay bys along the road or on the verge outside the back gate. I do have an allocated space but my daughter parks there.
It's only a ten minute walk into town with regular bus services around East Sussex and a train station in Polegate, which is a 5 minute drive away.

The room has a single bed, computer desk, mirror and and two chest of drawers. You could fit a double bed in there if u wanted too and just make it as comfortable as u wish.

We have a large shared kitchen with cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer etc
We have 2 toilets which is always handy and a private garden to sit in wen the sun is out :-)
We also have 3 cats who r sweet so must be animal friendly.

We r looking for someone who works and is clean, tidy and considerate who will respect our home. Thank u. :-)

I'm looking to rent the room out on a long term basis ideally but would consider short term.
