Lovely unfurnished double room in a shared flat, large kitchen/dining room, furnished lounge, large lobby area, bath/shower room, access to garden with decking, BBQ and shed, good storage space. Kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, combination boiler, and fridge-freezer. I don't use the lounge much. My flatmates are moving out and I would like to replace them with as small a gap as possible.
I'll take £50 off for a single person.
I work locally 9 - 5 and generally chill out in the evenings with a glass of wine and a DVD. I like to live a green lifestyle, so recycle and don't have the heating on unless it's needed.
