Double room available in a great 4 bedroom property just outside of central Brighton, in the Hollingbury area (on several direct bus routes into the city centre).

This is a nice big house with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 1st floor, and another bedroom plus bathroom, shared dining room & kitchen, home office and conservatory on the ground floor. There's also a lounge on the ground floor, but that's mainly just used by myself.

One double room available from 03. 11. 14 The room is on the 1st floor, and is a double bedroom in the eaves (which may be problematic for tall people!). It's furnished and has been freshly decorated. A further double is likely to be available within the next month or so, so it's worth looking at the place now, as you can always upgrade to the bigger room as soon as it's available.

There's a back garden that's split over three levels, including a large decked patio which leads down to a contemporary designed split-level garden with a pond & views over the South Downs National Park.

The pictures of the house don't do it justice as there's been a fair bit of work done since the photos were taken; but it really is a great place to live. Comfortable & homely but also modern & contemporary inside.

Enhanced digital Freeview in all bedrooms, and hi-speed Wireless Broadband throughout the house.

Parking on-street directly outside the house (no permits needed round here), and there's plenty of local buses too. The house is outside of the city centre, so it's really peaceful, but easy to get into town or anywhere else when you need.

It's my house, and I'm originally from Liverpool, and moved down south a few years ago for work. Mostly I work from home & keep myself to myself, but am away a bit too. All the lads here are really friendly & down-to-earth & work full time.

Looking for a working/professional lad, with experience of living in a shared house & all it involves; including tidiness, respect for privacy etc... This is mixed gay/str8 house; all lads. Keen to have another gay lad move in, but this isn't set in stone at all.

We've also got a friendly Staffy dog, who's really well behaved & totally adorable. Obviously, you'd need to be ok around dogs!
