Student room available

Hi, we have a spare room available in our 6 bedroom house on Stanmer Park road.

We are all girls from Brighton University in our second year and one in third.

The house is situated in a great area, with two bus stops close, which the 50 and 50U (university bus) both go to, basically less than a 60 second walk to each. We are also close to Brighton business school and Watts/ Cockcroft building which most of us walk to.

The house is three floors. We have two bathrooms and three toilets. Our Kitchen is open plan which is great for social events. We spend most of our time there having house meals and watching films together. It is on the ground floor so no noise is heard throughout the rest of the house.

The bedroom available is on the third floor. It is a double bed room however there is a single bed in there at the moment to create more space. We can speak to the agency about getting a double bed if you want one. The room is furnished with a desk, chair, chest of drawers, mirror and clothes storage.

Rent is £110 pw not including bills. Bills are usually really inexpensive as it is split 6 ways. The agency would also want £150+VAT fee. You will also need a Guarantor.

All the girls are lovely and get along well. We have one vegetarian so you won't feel alone if you are too!
