I'm looking for a new flatmate to share a two bed, 2nd floor flat in Meads Street, Eastbourne. The room itself is an unfurnished double but the rest of the flat is kitted out. There is a communal garden. It is about 15 minutes walk to Eastbourne station and the town centre. It is a 2 minute walk to the seafront. It is close to a Tesco Express and Co-op. The flat is lovely and very big for a two bed.
There is plenty of on road parking nearby.
Ideally I'm looking for a female professional of around my age, but happy to consider others. I'm generally quite tidy and would be looking for someone similar. Rent is £375 plus £64 C. tax + bills.
