Twin room for week by week rent

Light airy twin room for single or double occupancy on a week by week basis.

The room includes 2 single beds which can be arranged as twin or bunk (please see photos) and contains a desk for study /work with desk lamp and folding chair, a chest of drawers, hanging rail, storage box / seat, mirror, hairdryer, USB extension lead and bedside lamp,

The room features double French doors leading to private landscaped patio & garden.

The bathroom has a jacuzzi bath, steam room, monsoon shower and radio.

The kitchen is fully equipped.

You will share the property with me and my 2 cats, Tinkerbell and Tallulah, but you do not need to let them in your room if you so choose.

Street parking outside the property is free all weekend and in the week apart from 11am-12pm and 6-7pm. You may request to use my private off street parking space or alternatively you may purchase a permit from me for a small charge. Access to the A23 or A27 takes around 10 minutes and Portslade train station and multiple bus stops are 5 minutes walk from the flat.

I work regular hours Monday to Friday 9-5 from home and ask that you do not use the kitchen when I am on video calls.
