The flat's in a great location, it's close to George Street and Church Road shops. It's got good bus links and is only a 4 minute walk from Hove train station. The seafront is an 8 minute walk away.
The total rent including all bills (council tax, utilities, broadband, TV, etc) is £530pcm. One month deposit is required.
It's available from January 2015.
I'd consider people who want the room on a part-time basis.
