Close to Hove Station (6 min walk) with direct trains to London Victoria. 20 minutes walk to the centre of Brighton and only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Direct bus routes to Brighton are minutes away. Close to central Hove shops.

Rent includes wi-fi with main utility bills billed separately c.£123 (for gas, electricity, water).
