My name is Michael - and I am seeking professional female flatmates, for my "all bills included" lovely, warm, clean and tidy garden flat in Central Hove. Would only suit working professionals.

Also - should say, No Pork Please in home, fine wine, alcohol, okay tho':)

The rent includes all bills, gas, water, electricity, heating, and a washer dryer; also included is wireless internet broadband. I also provide a free bicycle - ideal and free transport around Brighton & Hove saving you in excess of £80 pm public transport costs - for your time staying with me.

The rear garden is secluded and lovely.

Hove station is within easy walking distance - next stop Central Brighton - and so is the day and nightlife of Central Hove & Brighton. The beach front as well as numerous pubs, clubs and parks are only minutes away.

(During the Xmas break I do have a room available for a short let, £20 a day, that is £140 per week)

Minimum rental period (except during the Xmas break) is 2 months, with a one week notice period. If you did go for a shorter term be prepared to pay a slightly higher premium, £100pw and £140pw pro rata.
This is yours - home away from home.

There's a double bed in each room, so - for two people sharing the bed temporarily there is an extra £10 per week surcharge - to cover the extra utility bills - and other sundries and facilities necessary to live comfortably -

The area provides a great choice of all amenities you need, with local restaurants and delicatessens, gyms, swimming pools, 2 large Tesco's, Sainsbury, markets, Starbucks, Boots, Sports Club Centre, etc.
This is an IMMACULATE FLAT, which is a real bargain considering its quality, cleanliness, layout and location!
