A beautiful Victorian maisonette arranged over three floors, with a large kitchen/dining room, large living room and walled garden, a minutes walk from the beach.
You would be sharing with me and my two West Highland Terriers. Your large double bedroom, overlooks the garden and you would have your own study on the ground floor. We would share the use of the first floor bathroom and the ground floor shower room. There is ample storage space available.
There is a separate utility room, with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The rent includes Virgin TV and Broadband, Apple TV and Netflix. A cleaner comes every 4-6 weeks and my previous lodger and I shared the cost, £30. 00 each.
