Spacious double room available in central hove.
£625 include bills (gas, elec, water, council tax, BT unlimited broadband). £575 for students exempt of council tax (identification required).

Flat bonuses: clean, wide living room, very sunny, warm, large kitchen, large fridge, furnished, just one flatmate, 2 occasional free neighbour cats :) ,central bus route & tesco & sainsbury's supermarkets in the corner.

My pictures don't do justice to the flat. This is one of the best areas in town, close to the center & 1 min from the sea/hove lawns, but without the touristic buzz.

Looking for a female non smoker flatmate, if you stay here a short time there is no need for agency, options can be discussed, otherwise it's £260 agency fee. I rather have someone staying long term like me. I am a very easy going stable office chick, been in this flat for nearly 3 years, and in the area for over 9 years.

Bed table, chest of draws and wardrobe shown in video are provided.

At the moment there is no bed but options can be discussed.

I don't have a tv or tv license as it costs loads :( But feel free to bring one, i don't watch tv anymore :)

Please note my bike is behind the sofa however landlord does not agree for people to take it upstairs/downstairs :( I know exactly how you feel!
