We are a couple and single male looking for a professional sharer. We have a furnished double bedroom in our large, newly refurbished, bright, 3 bedroom/2 living room house on quiet, friendly street in Hove. The bedroom is west facing so sunny and bright with double bed, wardrobe and drawers.

There is a living room with TV and wifi/broadband and open fire, another sitting room/guest room, large kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, lots of storage and dining area table and chairs plus lounge area. There is also a cloakroom and wooden floors throughout. GCH.

We have a large, beautiful west facing garden with garden furniture, barbeque, fire pit and hot tub. We have 2 sheds so plenty of storage for your bike and a large loft for general storage.

There are no parking restrictions and we are situated between Portland Road and New Church Road so are on main bus routes 1, 2, 2a, 6, 46, 49, into Hove, Brighton and beyond. Bus stop 1 minute. Train station is 5 minutes away. Tescos 10 mins and lovely local pub is 2 minutes away.

We are friendly, laid back and sociable and are used to sharing. We enjoy going out on the town as much as chilling at home with some wine and good food.

The price includes all bills, weekly cleaner and wifi.
