Double room lovely house, Hove w garden free parki

I have a beautiful small double room with white wooden floors (which has just been decorated) for rent. The house is currently occupied by 3 professional people 2 female and a male who are great fun and sociable and very laid back professionals ranging from 27 - 40 years of age. The room is let furnished and consists of 3 very large cupboards a chest of drawers a double bed with headboard and a shabby chic white wardrobe.

The house itself has large dining room looking out to the garden which is a great size and includes a barbecue, kitchen 2 bathrooms. My house is very close to the train station and 2 minutes to the motor way, there is free parking outside or you can park on the drive. Please check the location of the house before calling please .

I have 3 rescue cats and a small cute dog all of which are very chilled and homely effectionate creatures. I am looking for a rental of £475 per month which includes all bills, wireless BT Infinity internet, so super fast. Please email me or call to view ... Many thanks !!!
