(Looking for Female flatmate preferred / no couples):

A cosy Double Room (standard size 12 x 7 feet) in a bright 2 bed balcony flat (with sea views) situated very close to Hove seafront. Sharing with just one professional female.

A furnished room with a very comfortable bed (some under bed storage), shelf, drawers & a large inbuilt wardrobe. Other than the room itself, there is limited storage capacity.

Looking for a tidy, friendly, considerate working professional or mature student to share this sunny relaxing space with! I currently work from home (4 days a week & 1 office based) , so I'm looking for somebody who works elsewhere most of the time.

The flat is very well located with the Seafront (2 min walk), King Alfred Leisure Centre, Library, George Street shops plus a big Tesco's right behind (1 min walk!) and some great cafe's/pubs/restaurants all on your doorstep. Hove Station is a 15 min walk. Available Parking close by (permit required).

Rent is £780 pm (includes ALL bills - energy costs/council tax/utilities:/BT Vision/Broadband).
