We have a generous single room to rent (in fact, it might be considered a small double) in our two bed flat to share with owners. You must like pets, we have a sweet dog, two lovely cats and a hamster! Rent is £450 a month to include all bills (broadband included but not telephone) plus one months deposit - payable in advance. TV and phone socket in room. 5 minutes from Hove Station, ideal for commuting. We have some furniture in room including a very comfy single bed, some storage and a nice desk though it can be rented furnished, part furnished or non furnished as desired. Parking is permit area O if you have a car, and secure storage for bicycle available. Use of modern fitted kitchen with range cooker, microwave etc. Communal garden. Double glazing. Non smokers only.
