Large Newly Decorated Double Room with Ensuite

Hi. Thanks for looking at the advert. I live in my own home and my 16 year old daughter comes home at weekends.
We have a dog and two outside cats!
The house has a very large open living/kitchen and opens out onto a lovely garden with table/bbq....
I'm ideally looking for a professional who needs monday to friday only however for the right person, I would consider 7 nights.
I have had a house-mate until today but sadly he has to relocate to London due to a family medical emergency. We've got along well and he's been very happy here.
I'm easy going, just expect to share with a tidy/clean person.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and is newly painted in white with black furniture - very smart!
There is an ensuite shower room with toilet, large shower and basin.
