Lovely quiet room in family house nr Hove station

We are looking for a professional, non smoking tidy female with outside interests, to rent our lovely furnished room in our spacious family home. Your bathroom is right next door to the room, and you would have use of our newly fitted kitchen and dining room. In the bedroom there is a large fitted wardrobe, chair, chest of drawers and a comfy bed. We can provide bedlinen and towels .We have broadband and use of washing machine is included. We are two minutes from Hove Station and Hove Park.
We are a relaxed household with a friendly labrador. Sometimes I work from home, so we would prefer you to have a full time job, although postgrad students are welcome. References and a deposit are required. The room is now available late October. We don't take smokers.
