Hello,
I have a medium size double bedroom (with lots of storage) going from midJune 2015. Looking for a chilled person who wants to socialise and make a house a home!
Don't mind pets but as it is a flat not really fair to have cats, dogs, rabbits etc.
I am a social smoker, so tends to be when I have a glass of wine.
Minimum stay of 3 months. Rent is £530 inc bills which will need to be paid 1 month upfront along with the security deposit.
Fridge, Freezer, Washing machine provided.
