The room:
Large, unfurnished, double bedroom in a huge maisonette on Norton Road, Hove, with train/bus links less than 3 mins away.

There's plenty of on-street parking outside (pay and display - free after 8).

Us:
We're easy-going young professionals, working in events and the water industry.
Among other things, we like to cook; cycle; socialise at weekends (and the occasional weeknight) and often go to live music in/around the city.
We're totally chilled about having friends/partners over - mi casa es su casa.

We're looking for a young professional, male or female, who is tidy, fun, friendly and considerate during the week but also likes to socialise at weekends. We'd rather have people to could consider friends than merely housemates, as it makes for a much happier living environment.

Strictly no couples, students or DSS - sorry!

Rent is £435 and bills are around £115, so about £550 all in.

The room is available Oct 10th, but will be available to move-in from Oct 1st if necessary.
