Dbl room2 rent in a beautiful top floor apartment
A double room for rent in a stunning top floor apartment right on the seafront in Hove.
The flat is extremely light and spacious with a large living room/ dining area overlooking the beautiful sea views.
The Kitchen has all the mod cons that are needed including a dishwasher/ large fridge/ freezer and floor heating.
The room itself is a double with a bathroom opposite (shower and bath) solely for the use of who rents this bedroom.
I am a professional with a very varied work pattern as is my flatmate. Because of our work commitments abroad we aren't looking for someone who wants a quiet household. When we're home we are really sociable and love to be in the pub/ on the lawns with our friends or hosting dinner parties. Equally I am extremely into my fitness including a lot of running/cycling/ training sessions etc.
Looking for someone like minded who is fun/ sociable/ easy going and ...tidy would help! :-
