Room-mate wanted ASAP!!!

Hello guys, my ROOM-MATE is moving out at the end of the month (31/03/14). She is moving back to Spain, therefore im looking for someone to take her place (To SHARE the ROOM with ME)............female or male, it doesnt matter. Just as long as you friendly, open minded, easy to get on with, happy to socialize/share a bottle of wine while watching a movie, don't snore, very important this fact hehehe.....then please feel free to get in touch.

The rent is very cheap especially since we are almost in the center of Brighton, right by the sea front. The rent is £70/week all inclusive of bills, it is paid every 2 weeks ( £140 ) directly to the landlord who comes to collect every Sunday. You will also need to give a deposit of £140 on moving in. It is a flatshare with 3 other people, Spanish.....2 guys and 1 girl.

Ideally im looking to SHARE THE ROOM with an Italian, Spanish, German, French because i really wanna learn the language (in return i will help you with English since am from Brighton) but everyone is welcome.
