Huge room in large mansion flat right by the sea

Due to a long commute to London every day, which is wearing me out, I have decided to leave this lovely flat. The flat will be available for 3 months only and so will be ideal for a student looking to stay in Brighton/Hove over the summer or someone relocating for work who needs a place short term until they find a place of their own. I don't have any pictures of the room, but promise you won't be disappointed. It really is a lovely room in a lovely flat.

The existing housemates - both female:

1 works as a tenant relations officer with Hove Council; the other works in the health professions and is a green activist. One is a veggie - the other isn't.

2 fun housemates both fully engaged in the Brighton/Hove lifestyle and always up to interesting things.
