1 single/small double room available in share Hove

We have just put a holding fee down on a 3 bed, top floor flat, in central Hove with a 2-5 minute walk to Hove train station and a stone's throw away from Church Road.
Parking on this street is permit but it is zone N and there is no waiting list.

The Room available will comfortably fit a single but would squeeze in a small double. It has a small built in wardrobe. There are also shelves on the wall which can be removed. The heating and hot water is included within the rent. We obviously haven't sussed out the bills yet as we are yet to move in but we would suggest around £70-£100? This flat is council band B.

The agency fee is £250 and your deposit is one and a half months rent plus you need to include your first months rent.
As you can see from the pictures there is no furniture in there yet as we have only just put a holding fee down. There is also a little balcony! Perfect for drinks in the summer. We are looking to make this place a HOME not a roof over someones head. We will also be signing up to a 6 month contract so please only get in touch if you will do the same. We are sorry but we are not looking for foreign students/students either.

I work in Marketing and Leah works in Sales in a fashion company in Burgess Hill and live in Brighton. Leah and I are friends from work and we're easy going, up for a laugh and very similar! We like to socialise at the weekend by going to nice cocktail bars, lunches and dinners with our friends - plus going for walks and bike rides along the seafront in the summer!
During the week we work 9-5 and we would prefer a house mate who works similar hours. I go to the gym several times a week but if i'm not doing that, then Leah and I (and the new potential housemate) would have evenings in watching TV (TOWIE, Masterchef, Planet Earth etc), cooking dinner together and going to the local pubs.

We would like a flat mate who is (normal), easy going, funny and who is CLEAN and will muck in with the house choirs

We need to move into a place by the 15th May! But would like to move in by the 9th. So if you're interested please let us know asap and preferably include a picture so we can see what our future house mate looks like, we can then meet up for a drink to see if we all get along, view the flat together and put a deposit down.
