We have a new kitchen with built in appliances and most of the house has been recently decorated.
We are looking for a friendly lodger who respects our space as we will respect theirs.
We have two friendly pugs and two cats so new lodger will have to like animals. Ours is family home and I have three children who live with me aged 18, 16 and 11.
